im evans. an 18 year old malaysian guy who is studying at Le Cordon Bleu in Sydney. i am doing the Diplome de Cuisine. which is a 2 year 3 month course.

Chef ... must be that time of the term again at LCB. How did you do at Intermediate, flying colors I presume? I wonder what the 3-course exam is like. Enjoy your break and stay in touch my friend. Things are well in Hong Kong as we approach the best weather months of the year. Come visit soon! We will be away the entire month of October, starting with a week in Istanbul, before sailing to Malaga with stops in Croatia Milinos Crete Sicily Monte Carlo Marseilles & Barcelona ... thanks Chef.
